My footrest is slipping down, what can I do about it?
There could be a couple reasons why. Usually highchair legs and o-rings get oily with time which causes footrest to slide down. We recommend to clean both with rubbing alcohol and let it dry fully before reapplying. Natural skin oil may cause slippage as well, so it is best to reduce contact with highchair legs to avoid it.
Sometimes active babies try to stand up on a footrests. Please make sure seat belt is used as footrests are designed for feet support only.
My silicone placemat is wrinkly, what can I do about it?
When our placemats arrive they might look a bit wrinkly due to packaging. Don't worry, It smoothes with time. You can also leave silicone placemat to dry on the tray as it helps it stretch out and make it stick better.
Do suction plates work with your silicone placemats?
Yes, they work perfect together. Please see the video.
What is the best way to install AZEbabydream Leg wraps?
We use high quality vinyl with woodgrain effect which is easier to apply. Please check this video for installation instructions.

How long delivery takes?
All our orders are despatched within 1-3 working days.
We use Royal Mail and Evri for shipping our orders via Standard delivery method and this can take 2 - 4 working days to deliver.
Royal Mail deliver Monday - Saturday
Evri deliver 7 days a week

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT?
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer exchanges, please contact us to return your order.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Your refund will be returned to the original method of payment. This will exclude original shipping costs (except for faulty items if applicable). Please allow 5 working days for the refund to reach your bank account.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer free returns. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs.
WHAT ABOUT PRE-PAID RETURN LABELS?
Mistakes on our end can happen and we always try to solve these as quickly as possible. If it was our fault, we will offer you a pre-paid label for returning any incorrect items. Pre Paid Labels are booked with EVRI.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED AND RETURNED TO AZEBABYDREAM?
We often spot customer errors whilst processing orders and contact them to confirm details, such as delivery address. However, the customer is responsible for checking the information they input in at checkout – ensuring that everything is correct.
If an order is returned to us by being rejected at the point of delivery (this happens when incorrect or insufficient address details are entered at checkout), then the customer is responsible for paying any reshipping costs. If AZEbabydream are at fault, we will resend these out free of charge.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us. Please note, if we do not receive your message in time and your order is dispatched/we have already paid for your postage label, any cancellation will be refunded minus shipping costs.
